Orange Book pages display different date markers

Four FDA and accessdata pages about the Orange Book display different date strings. The July 2026 cumulative supplement also prints an edition-and-supplement label. The PDF itself prints the edition-and-supplement label. The label and the page dates are different displayed text; the cited materials here do not establish how FDA uses one marker in relation to the others.
